Product Overview
The XCF04SVOG20C is a 4 Mbit in-system programmable Platform Flash configuration PROM designed to store configuration bitstreams for Xilinx FPGAs.
Based on low-power CMOS NOR Flash technology, the device supports both Master Serial and Slave Serial FPGA configuration modes. It can be programmed, erased, and verified directly on the board through a standard four-pin JTAG interface.
Multiple PROM devices can be cascaded to support larger configuration files or multiple FPGA bitstreams. The XCF04SVOG20C is supplied in a compact, Pb-free 20-pin TSSOP package and supports industrial operation from –40°C to +85°C.
